These outputs are generated automatically using algorithms and machine learning models. They are not guaranteed to be accurate and are not a substitute for verification with official customs authorities.

You acknowledge and agree that the Services are intended for general informational purposes only.

5. No Professional Advice

Traddal does not provide legal, tax, customs or professional advice.

The information generated by the Services does not constitute advice and must not be relied upon as such. You must verify all classifications, country of origin details and duty and tax calculations with official sources or qualified professionals before making any customs declaration or financial decision.

6. User Responsibilities

By using the Services, you agree that:

1. (a) You are solely responsible for verifying all predictions, classifications and calculations produced by the Services.
2. (b) You are solely responsible for the correct HS code classification, country of origin determination and duty and tax payment for your products.
3. (c) You remain the importer of record or responsible party for all customs declarations and filings.
4. (d) You will not rely on the Services as your sole source for compliance with customs or tax rules.
5. (e) You must independently confirm all results before using them in any submission, declaration or business activity.

Traddal accepts no responsibility for customs penalties, duty payments, tax liabilities, shipment delays or financial losses arising from reliance on the Services.

7. No Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Traddal excludes all warranties, representations and conditions, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or non infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be error free, uninterrupted or accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Traddal shall not be liable for:

1. (a) loss of profits, sales, business, revenue or contracts
2. (b) loss of data, reputation or goodwill
3. (c) indirect or consequential loss
4. (d) loss arising from reliance on any prediction, classification or calculation generated by the Services
5. (e) customs penalties, tax liabilities or duty payments incurred by you

Our total aggregate liability to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall be limited to the total fees you paid to Traddal in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred pounds (£100), whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any matter that cannot be lawfully excluded.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Traddal from any claims, liabilities, penalties, fines, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising out of:

1. (a) your use of the Services
2. (b) your reliance on any automated output
3. (c) your customs filings, declarations or compliance decisions
4. (d) your breach of these Terms of Service

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software and materials within the Services are owned by or licensed to Traddal. You are granted a limited, non exclusive licence to use the Services for your internal business purposes only.

You must not copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer any part of the Services.

11. Payment and Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, you must provide accurate payment information. Subscription fees are payable in accordance with the pricing displayed at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

All fees are non refundable except where required by law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time where you breach these Terms of Service.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund unless required by law.

13. Availability

We do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times. Maintenance, technical issues or updates may occasionally interrupt access.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes relating to these Terms of Service or the use of the Services.
