Who is Traddal for?
Couriers, freight consolidators, postal operators and 3PLs that move parcels across borders, and the merchants who ship with them. Merchants on Shopify can connect through the free Shopify app.
Which countries can you calculate duties for?
Landed cost is live for Puerto Rico, the United Kingdom, the United States and U.S. Virgin Islands. Classification covers full tariff codes for Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, European Union (customs zone), Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, the United States and U.S. Virgin Islands, plus global 6-digit HS codes. Restriction checks run per destination, and parties are screened against the US Consolidated Screening List.
Which carriers can I use?
Connect your own FedEx, UPS, DPD, Evri, UBX or iBundle accounts. Shipping rules pick the carrier and service for each parcel by destination, customer, weight or value, and the label prints when the parcel is scanned.
How do receivers pay duties?
Each shipment can get a portal link under your brand and domain. The receiver pays duties, taxes and fees into your own Stripe account, signs any documents such as a power of attorney, and tracks the parcel. Paying or signing can release a hold automatically.
Can my customers use it too?
Yes. Your shippers get their own portal to create and import shipments, manage their catalogue, record dispatches, track parcels and download invoices. Companies can sign in with their own SSO.
Do you support SSO?
Yes. Your team can sign in with SAML or OIDC single sign-on and MFA, and each customer company can connect its own identity provider for the customer portal. Users are routed by email domain, and smaller customers can still use password, magic link or Google sign-in.
